Returns & Exchange
No Question Asked Return Policy.
Quickly and easily return or exchange your products. We don’t ask any question.
We accept return requests placed within 7 days from the date of order received by customer. We will keep you posted on the status of your refund request once the item is returned to us.
We will refund the full amount during returns of Apparels & Bedlinen. However only return shipping cost will be deducted ONLY in case of return of Duvet and Pillow, as these are bulky items and shipping cost is heavy. Your source account will be credited within 72 hours from the date of us receiving the returned product (in its original condition).
Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:
  1. All items must have the original tags and should be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. 
  2. To ensure your garments are not damaged during shipment, if possible re-use the original packaging for proper care and protection or pack item nicely, so as it won’t get damage in return transit.
  3. Bed Sheets, Pillow Covers, Duvet Covers are not being used even once. and there is no return policy for inserts, i.e. Duvets/ Quilts and Pillows due to Hygiene reasons.
  4. All return requests have to be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the product.

  6. It takes about 48 hours to complete your return request post your request has been triggered.
Wrong or Damaged Item Delivered
All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, in unforeseen circumstances that you have received a damaged or different product, please notify us at info@shaewe.com as soon as possible and if possible within 3 days of receiving the order. We shall immediately arrange exchange or refund as per your instructions.
Refunds
  1. Your source account (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net banking etc) will be credited within 72 hours from the date of us receiving the returned product (in its original condition)
  2. Bank Refund – In case you paid your order against COD (Cash on Delivery), We shall refund to your bank account. Kindly share your Bank Account Details including IFSC Code with your return request.
All refunds are processed within 3 days of successful reverse pickup.
